2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Cyprus Consumer Protection Law (Law 112(I)/2021), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the goods or entered into a service contract, without giving any reason.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless you request otherwise.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
3. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
a) Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Certain products may be non-returnable (e.g., perishable goods, customized items).
b) Refunds
Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
c) Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the return procedure.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Cyprus Sale of Goods Law, the Consumer Protection Law, or other applicable legislation.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
